About the Hive Counseling
Our minds can sometimes feel like a busy hive—filled with thoughts, emotions, and behaviors competing for attention. When these internal experiences feel overwhelming or out of balance, it can affect our mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand these patterns and develop healthier ways of coping.

Our group therapy practice offers compassionate mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families seeking support, healing, and personal growth. We believe that people do not exist in isolation; individuals, families, and communities are deeply interconnected. Because of this, our approach to therapy focuses on strengthening resilience, improving coping strategies, fostering healthy relationships, and building supportive environments that promote long-term well-being.

Through individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, we work collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools, promote adaptive behaviors, and create meaningful change. Our goal is to help clients feel more balanced, supported, and empowered in their lives.
We’re glad you’re here and look forward to supporting you on your mental health journey.
