Intake (60-90 minute appt) $200

1-hr therapy session $175

45-min therapy session $150

30-min therapy session $125

Family therapy without patient present $175

Family therapy with patient present $150

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  At this time, we accept Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, Oxford, United, Optum, Tricare, and Connecticare. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. All major debit/credit cards are accepted for payment, including FSA/HSA. A credit card can be kept on file for copays, deductibles, out of pocket costs, and no shows.

• A failed payment fee/late fee of $20 will be charged if payment is returned or unable to be processed, and is not received within 5 days of the session date.

• If your payment is more than 10 days overdue, services may be suspended until payment is made, or a payment plan is established.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or if you have not given us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule within the same week, you will be required to pay $85 for the session.
